Terms of Use

A-Trio Consulting (Pty) Ltd  •  Last updated: 9 July 2026

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website at atrioconsult.co.za (the "Website"), operated by A-Trio Consulting (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website — including making use of the appointment booking system, contact form, or downloadable resources — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Us

A-Trio Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a South African accounting and tax consultancy operated by Jeannemie Decina, based in Pretoria, Gauteng. Our Website provides information about our professional services and allows visitors to make initial appointment enquiries. Nothing on this Website constitutes formal professional advice unless agreed upon in writing as part of a professional engagement.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable South African law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of any third party.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website's functionality or security.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its associated systems.
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via the contact or booking forms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website at any time and without notice for violations of these Terms.

3. Professional Services Disclaimer

The information provided on this Website — including articles, downloadable resources, and general guidance — is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

For advice specific to your circumstances, please book a consultation. A formal professional relationship is only established once a written engagement agreement has been signed between you and A-Trio Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

4. Appointment Booking

4.1 Scheduling

Our online booking system allows you to schedule a consultation with Jeannemie Decina. Consultations are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:00 SAST. Available time slots are displayed in the booking calendar and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

4.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us at info@atrioconsult.co.za. Receipt of an automated acknowledgement does not guarantee the appointment until confirmed by us.

4.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests received with less than 3 hours' notice may not be accommodated, and the appointment slot may be forfeited. Please contact us via email at info@atrioconsult.co.za or by phone on +27 64 509 3303 to reschedule.

4.4 No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in delayed prioritisation of future bookings. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee at our discretion where an engagement agreement is in place.

4.5 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available time slot.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure an effective professional relationship, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services being rendered.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal, business, or financial circumstances that may affect our services.
  • Review all documents we prepare on your behalf before signing or submitting to SARS or any other authority.
  • Comply with all applicable South African tax and financial laws — our role is to assist you in meeting these obligations, not to circumvent them.
  • Keep copies of all documentation provided to us.

We accept no liability for errors, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Fees & Payment

Service fees are agreed upon before any professional engagement commences. Fee structures are provided separately in writing. We reserve the right to revise our fees with reasonable notice. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services. Any disputes regarding fees must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Free Resources & Lead Magnets

We may offer free downloadable resources, such as e-books and guides. These resources are provided "as is" for general information purposes only.
